They canceled my appointment because I had state health insurance 6 years ago. Called a completely wrong number to notify me, so of course I didn't get their voicemail. No apology from the receptionist. Just the repeated phrase "we left a detailed phone message" over and over. How ridiculous.

- Family Practive routine appointment - I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes II had records from a previous clinic, and they weren't even wanted. -I waited in the actual exam rom 20 minutes then.... -I spoke to the Doctor for 5 minutes before she looked at her watch and asked me "what do you really want because we are getting past our 15-minute time frame." -Now, I'm trying to get my records back, and they tell me it's going to be 45-60 days before they can mail them out
