She helped us with a couple complex commercial properties and she has proven her high skill set and expert knowledge in this area. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, Heather aims to please. She is kind, compassionate and sensitive to the needs and desires of those she provides advice to. I would always seek her assistance and recommend her to all that I care for.
Horrible company. Brittany at the Land O Lakes & Lutz office is particularly rude person, blatantly lying even through written texts. I’ve been waiting 39 days for them to confirm a yes or no question “will I get my security deposit back in full?”, to which they refuse still to answer despite having been over two weeks since their walkthrough, and three weeks since all our stuff was moved out.
