Good customer service and reasonable rates.
At the time of writing this, I am riding out the SEVENTH power outage in a span of THREE DAYS. Groceries ruined repeatedly, and the new chicks are freezing at nights without their electric heating apparatus. It's painfully apparent that YVEC's constantly rising cost of service is not being reciprocated back into their company or equipment, but is rather ending up in someone's pocket who couldn't care less.
The REA has treated us good over the years. Thank you
The most disrespectful staff and crew I have ever delt with! They laugh and snicker at you on the phone, a perfect example of corporate attitude towards the people.
