Update: Customer service got back to me and told me they would be seeing if Toyota would replace the part due to the electrical issue but that no matter the outcome they would replace my headlight. They wanted me to know they stood behind their name, products and service. Kayla was very kind and understanding and I am grateful she went to bat for me. Won't be back. On the first service here, they changed my oil and just put the air and cabin filters in the back seat, claiming they changed them. Still dirty when I got home. They called, apologies we're given, a bad review was removed. Another chance given. This time around, they overtightened my oil filter cap... Nearly 60 ft. lbs. according to my torque wrench, and it cracked when attempting to remove for field maintenance. 19 ft. Lbs. would have been OEM spec... But apparently I can't trust the dealership to do that. Af... read more
