Your customer service could use some work. From the manager to the employees. The scowling that you do to your customers is the 1st step. These people are your paychecks. Smile, be polite. Use manners. Quit with being negative. Also, if you have a hard time getting paid from service warranties, figure it out. Don't put it on the people who paid for that product. Again, customer service!
