Took my Subaru in to get a code read as my check engine light came on. I paid $105 for a code read I could get for free at a NAPA and while they verbally told me the code reads, i didn’t check if that info was on my receipt, assuming it was. Check engine light came back on two weeks later, but I couldn’t tell the Subaru maintenance guy what the previous code read was. I called Claire’s but no record and no call back. WTH did I pay $105 for?
Clair & Dee's. My goodness these guys were a savior for us. Long story short. Broken brake line while in the park. Already on edge. Mechanic options are limited in West Yellowstone. We were on our final day of our vacation of the park and this happened. We called everyone. Original intake through Point S was putting us 4 days beyond our original visit. Nick, the service manager, not only did he understand my problem with my vehicle, he diagnosed it and gave me options to fix it and priced each one which was comparable to other shops. He gave me the appointment and was finished with the work in a timely manner. His staff were courteous and professional. By the way, their tire sales are great buys.
