NO FOLLOW UP - I was supposed to get an MRI and a boot fitting for my fractured foot, but no one called me to provide the authorization number (they said they would call me in 2-3 days). I called several times for the next three weeks, but no one ever got back to me even though they assured me that someone would follow up.
