AMAZING customer service!!! We were traveling from out of state and my son had a very painful, loose wire on his braces on day #1 of our vacation. I called and spoke with Kim, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and was able to fit my son into the schedule for a same-day emergency visit. We arrived at the GORGEOUS, incredibly clean office and were greeted by Summer, who was very helpful and friendly and immediately took my son to fix his offending wire, which only took her a few minutes.
