This landscaping company maintains the land at Montgomery Elementary in DeKalb County. The crews have repeatedly dumped the limbs, clippings, stumps, and bagged leaves on our street. Our street backs up to the school's treeline/property. We have tried leaving messages, and have also tried to speak with the crews as they are dumping the waste in our neighborhood.
