For a service garage, right outside yellowstone, I did not have high expectations and I willingly will apologize to the service members here for that assumption. Mark was an incredible mechanic that remembered me, my vehicle, and made me feel like a person, not a number on an already difficult day. Mark called me and was knowledge and provided a variety of options. The quote price was reasonable if not impressive on 1 or 2 service write ups that I needed. Highly recommend. Thank you Mark.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the gentleman at Yellowstone Dino Lube & Repair who helped us during a very difficult situation. We were visiting the United States from Japan when one of the tires on our rental car was badly damaged near Emigrant Gulch. After roadside assistance installed the spare tire, we came to Yellowstone Dino Lube & Repair in Gardiner, hoping to find a replacement tire. A friend of mine and I popped a tire while exploring Yellowstone. We were able to get the doughnut on, and we went here to try and get the tire fixed. The gentleman who helped us was unable to patch the tire because of the location of the damage, but he did make sure the the spare was both properly torqued and filled, all without taking a dime of our money.

Staff arrived to work on time and was very helpful fixing our rental car flat. Who knew a small gravel could cause a puncture on a new tire?? Front desk help was very friendly and fun to talk to. Store was clean and had good amenities for our wait.

I had a low tire pressure warning light come on, and while checking the tire pressure, Shawn (if I remember his name correctly) suspected there might be a puncture. He proactively inspected the tire, found a nail, and explained that because the nail was near the edge of the tire, it couldn’t be safely repaired. Since my vehicle has all-wheel drive, he recommended replacing all four tires.
