A friend of mine and I popped a tire while exploring Yellowstone. We were able to get the doughnut on, and we went here to try and get the tire fixed. The gentleman who helped us was unable to patch the tire because of the location of the damage, but he did make sure the the spare was both properly torqued and filled, all without taking a dime of our money.
Staff arrived to work on time and was very helpful fixing our rental car flat. Who knew a small gravel could cause a puncture on a new tire?? Front desk help was very friendly and fun to talk to. Store was clean and had good amenities for our wait.
I had a low tire pressure warning light come on, and while checking the tire pressure, Shawn (if I remember his name correctly) suspected there might be a puncture. He proactively inspected the tire, found a nail, and explained that because the nail was near the edge of the tire, it couldn’t be safely repaired. Since my vehicle has all-wheel drive, he recommended replacing all four tires. These folks went above and beyond. Stranded on a family vacation with chilling system problems. The manager Sean, worked us in and diagnosed the problem. We had to wait overnight for the part. He helped us find a hotel and had a ride arranged for us to and from the hotel. The price was fair and we were on our way the next day.
