Franklin Robbie founded Yellowstone Boys Ranch in 1956 following several years as a pastor and regional director for Youth for Christ. When he visited the Montana State Industrial School and saw young juvenile delinquent boys housed with older criminals, he determined an option needed to be created. Daughter has attempted suicide twice in two months. Only alive because I performed CPR on both occasions. Was accepted to YBGR a week ago and she was actually looking forward to it saying she didn’t want to die and maybe YBGR could help her. Well, they failed us. Due to a “clerical mistake” we have been told they won’t accept her and we should “keep looking”.
