hello, about 3-4 years ago i was a patient here at YBGR for about a year, i left with more trauma than i came in with. the men staff use their power for bad and would “restrain” us whenever they got the chance, restraining consisted of 4 or 5 grown men tackling and holding down little girls to a point we couldn’t breath and would have lots of bruises and sometimes cuts, i was even in there with a girl who lost both of her front teeth because they got knocked out during one of these restraints and they didn’t take her to the ... read more

Daughter has attempted suicide twice in two months. Only alive because I performed CPR on both occasions. Was accepted to YBGR a week ago and she was actually looking forward to it saying she didn’t want to die and maybe YBGR could help her. Well, they failed us. Due to a “clerical mistake” we have been told they won’t accept her and we should “keep looking”.
