Was using this bank for the longest time - once it came under new management it really went down hill fast; I mean no one answers phones, no assistance from anyone when it came to account related issues. Overall this bank is down there with Wells Fargo, would not recommend.

The lady who helped me get my first credit card was super nice and welcoming
Take your business to another bank that wants you as a customer. Took a month just to receive my debit card when it got bounced back to their main corporate office in Laurel after non adequate shipping address. You guys literally have my address on file. I was forced to drive forty minutes altogether to Laurel, because you guys wouldn't send it back out into the mail.
