Take your business to another bank that wants you as a customer. Took a month just to receive my debit card when it got bounced back to their main corporate office in Laurel after non adequate shipping address. You guys literally have my address on file. I was forced to drive forty minutes altogether to Laurel, because you guys wouldn't send it back out into the mail. We have used Yellowstone Bank for many real estate loans over the course of our life. Pam and Becky both are excellent and the APR on real estate loans is good. Not a whole bunch of misc. fees attached to your loan.
