Great first time on e-bikes! They were very nice and explained everything to us before we left. We still had 30% left on the battery when we returned after 40 miles. Anyone running out of batteries didn’t listen to the simple instructions.
Very nice staff. E-bikes were of great quality and easy to ride with or without e- assist. Definitely would rent again. Trip into Yellowstone when park was closed to autos was extra special.
We had the best time renting e-bikes from Yellowstone Adventure. The sweet ladies were so nice to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to do something in the park with the unexpected lack of snow. They opened up their e bike rental service early and even opened on a day they normally are not! They were so kind and accommodating and gave us such good recommendation for places to go and how to best use the bikes to serve us best. It was such a cool way to see the park. Im not sure if our experience was a one off based on other good reviews. I apologize for the length of this review but it was such a shocking disappointment and I feel like it should be shared. It seems like other rentals are great at this location, maybe just not the e-bike services. 5 of us booked Ebikes online when the park opened for bikes, we each booked a bike, a basket , a water bottle holder and a seat cushion for each of us.
