Can't reach them after trying different ways. I bought panels a couple years ago and wanted more but no one calls or emails back.
The company Yellowlite was great. They did all the paperwork and installed the panels in half day then hooked them up the next day again in only a few hours. They got the city inspector's and electric company's approval and I did not do a thing. Now I just get cheaper electric.
We had a great experience with YellowLite. We'd talked to them a year or two earlier and got a quote, but we were upfront that we were going to pay off another home improvement before committing to them. They maintained communication without being pushy. Their quotes were some 30% lower than another company, and their panels and microinverters looked to be as high quality as you can get. They're expected to maintain 90% of their capacity over a 25+ year span - that might actually be the warranty, but I don't remember offhand... read more
From a repeat customer I'll tell you Yellowlite is the way to go for solar in Ohio. Yellowlite installed my panels back in 2018 and I had them add battery storage to the system in 2024. Once the Tesla Powerwall 3 expansion units became available earlier this year I again used them to quadruple my battery capacity. They have done a great job with each encounter. It took my over 3 years to get my city and county to permit me to have Solar panels on my roof and YellowLite was there the entire time helping me through the process. My project took so long, due to my city being abnormally stubborn, that I got to experience multiple team members and all of them have been very professional. My system is now up and running. Since the leg work in my city is complete I will be recommending them to anyone interesting in Solar Panels.
