Had a pretty great experience across the board. From Nick, my salesman to Justin, my project manager, to the panel installation crew and the Electrician and even the customer service reps post installation - everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Price was pretty much better than every competitor I talked with and they even added additional promotion offers. Solar production has been as advertised. Very happy with the product and the entire process. Would definitely recommend!
The sales team and support were very accommodating during the entire process. The design was easy to understand and they worked with my schedule. The only issues with the process came from the credit union and AEP while YellowLite was very helpful. Installation was professional, the technicians were friendly and polite, and the entire process was made as stress-free as possible.
The YellowLite team did a great job for myself and one of my neighbors, we installed similar systems at similar times and each had a good experience. The team was easy to work with and thoughtful and even made sure to not let the cat out when they had to wrap up while I was out of the house. I am very pleased with how the system looks and how they handled the install and city paperwork and so on. You should use them!
