Dr. Hughes screamed at my 16 year old sister and kicked her out while she was taking her dog in who got in to a bottle of Advil. Why did he yell at her? Because she didn’t know the exact amount of pills. This is Not okay! You CANNOT talk to customers like that let alone a minor. Dr. Hughes you need to do better! You hurt her feeling and made her cry.
Took my dog in because she got into a bottle of Advil. Dr. Hughes stormed in and said “if you’re not going to take this seriously you can leave.” I had not spoken a word at that point. He raised his voice at me asking exactly how many Advils she ate. I was unsure and could only give a rough estimate. He then kicked me out and slammed the front door. He’s very unprofessional and rude. Disgusting behaviour.
