Waiting time is good. Friendly or courteous staff. The techs taking the blood are efficient.
Super disorganized. Doctors order the wrong tests and then when you make an appointment to come back and redo tests, the front desk has no idea what you are talking about because I guess the nurses and front staff dont communicate.
Something needs to change to make the dysfunctional appointment booking process work. Booking a same-day appointment over the phone results in frustration and stress EVERY time: calling for 5 minutes at 8.05am, finally getting through only to hear "We have no appointments left. If your kid is not getting better, take them to the emergency". This is not a solution when an ordinary doctor appointment is needed! Why is it so hard to implement an online booking system for patients?
Everything positive about this place from employees to the medical doctors. Thank you for everything you do for us your patients.
Came in at 8:30am and was berated by a nurse named Shalyn who said I should have been there at 8:05am, and that I need to see a doctor from their clinic. Refused to even book me an appointment with their own doctor. Complete disregard for patients needs. GNWT needs to stop DEI hiring.
