I had a car on hold, waiting for our down payment. They had the insurance papers AND registration under my name. I went to pay my down payment, only to find out they sold the car without letting me know. We were in constant contact, so it was a known fact that we were purchasing it. Very disappointed I can say that they made it right. Clayton was wonderful, and completely changed my view on the dealership as a whole. And I did end up buying a vehicle there 🙂
