I got a good-looking roof and gutters, and the cleanup was well done, but the experiences I had to endure to get there were cumbersome. Inconveniences turned into frustrations, and frustrations turned to anger when a big event happened. Not in contract to follow, but will say yes Trust expertise? In the contract but YOUR responsibility if THEY miss anything Show up suddenly at 6am and take over your driveway/yard? I wish I could give them zero stars. They did a horrible job. I had my roof replaced a little over 5 years and every year Ive had to call them out for multiple leaks since I had it. Warranty information was not discussed correctly. Stuck having to fix a roof that hasn't been paid off because they are claiming it isn't under warranty anymore. Called an inspector out and they are wanting more money. Bad business.
