I was quoted $995 for delivery. This included 100lbs of items in the car. If over, I would be charged an extra $100 for up to 200lbs of items ($1095 total). This is fine. I requested a full upfront payment of the amount, but was denied with the repeated statement "no, it is company policy" I was out of town for both pickup and delivery -- my family would give/receive the keys in my place. We used Yellowfin to find a company to ship my car from Virginia to California. The company they picked was SO BAD that myself, the police, and my insurance company all thought it was stolen. There was delay after delay. While this is not directly on Yellowfin, it is a reflection in my opinion of the lack of care they take in selecting transport companies. He setup the shipment of my Toyota to my daughter and when he said the driver would pick up the car on December 15th, Raphael pickup the car on time and delivered it to Chicago 5 days later. Everything was excellent and his quoted charge was all we paid. The price was one of the lowest prices quoted by any of the other car delivery services that had a great rating. Thank you

This place has been spamming my e-mail and phone for over 2 years despite repeated attempts made by me to ask them to stop and remove me from their list. This is the most frustrating company you could hire for a car shipment. I dealt with Amanda who consistently texted and called me about shipping my car from Atlanta to LA. I responded when I was ready and kept getting long automated texts from her when I was asking direct questions that pertained to my car. The representative at Yellowfin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle transpot process. She concisely explained the process to me. The quote that she provided to ransport my car was lower than quotes from other companies that claimed to be the best in the industry. My car was delivered sooner than her estimated delivery time. I highly recommend Yellowfin to others. The person who I talked to had great interpersonal skills.
