I met with Guy Bartel, owner. I desire to have a guest house built on my property and expressed that I was interested in getting the ball rolling quickly. He recommended an architect and was to get me his number. I called and texted several times. Also called his son (who also never got back to me). There is nothing more rude than having phone calls and text messages ignored. I refuse to chase someone to give them business. Superb contractors in Palm Beach County. Have worked extensively with Guy and Roger for 2+ years renovating an existing house, and building a new combination garage-shop. Great communication and work ethic. Are there hiccups? Of course, but they are overcome. Wouldn't trust anyone else with our most expensive investment.

Top builders hands down. They have their own skilled carpenters doing a lot of the work which is a plus. They are not just subcontracting the work out like some builders.
