I was up in Darwin in late July 2026 with a mate (and his wife) with stage 4 terminal "C" as neither of us had ever been there. I am expecting to be totally blind by Christmas 2026 and he is not expected to still be with us, so this was the last chance either of us will have to experience Darwin in the "Dry". Yellow Water Cruises is a great place to see a lot of wildlife of Northern Territory . Like Water Buffalo , all types of birds , crocodiles , Wild horses . Also anyone can also go Barramundi fishing their as well as long as you use fishing lures .
Did the 9am cruise with an absolutely fantastic guide (Joey/Zoe?) saw amazing wildlife, was easily the standout experience in Kakadu
