am very disappointed with this service. I paid $1,378.72for deep cleaning of the carpet and ceiling, but the quality of work did not meet my expectations. The service did not feel like a proper deep cleaning; it looked more like basic cleaning. Unfortunately, they have been less than ideal to work with. Sometimes difficult to get a hold of. They won't release documents to our insurer to verify the bill, like billable hours. Many businesses have to prove billable hours and they out right told us and our insurance that they would not release time sheets.
