Absolutely disappointed. We used YRC previously without issue and they were so easy to work with. This time though - forget it. We were shipping from Florida to Ohio which is normally a 3 day point. Well here it is a week later and the shipment isn't delivered. It's in Ohio and has been there for 2 days just sitting. When they told me it should go out for delivery tomorrow but they wouldn't guarantee it, I just lost it. You have got to be kidding me. I have no hatred for the people. I do not doubt that this company has men and women hard at work. I was sent to this destination by the Freight Center to drop off a package for shipment. Here are the major flaws with the selection made by the Freight Center. 1. This is a facility without an office staff. No one to speak with and no way to leave my package. 2. The phone number to contact this office or person in charge is disconnected. I can not contact anyone. And the number provided by the Freight Center is also useless. 3.... read more
