was expecting a package and received a call from a female who was Rude and disrespectful. She told me Home depot hired them to deliver so they don't need to please me..... Really!!! I will be contacting Home Depot to make sure they know the people they hire to deliver there product.

the rudest, most inflexible, most belligerent delivery service I have ever had to deal with. the people (one guy specifically) in the office are thug type idiots.will blame you for everything. horrible! if you need to have something delivered to the NYC area and they want to use YRC in Mount Vernon DO NOT DO IT!
