Rob was great! Extremely personable, fast, and efficient! I was beyond stressed about my plumbing situation and Rob had it solved in less than an hour. Ron was prompt and efficient. Came up with great ideas to solve our needs. You can tell he cares about his work. Very happy how it all turned out. Great he had an assistant to give him a hand. Seemed to learn well. Will definitely recommend and be calling again...

I wish things in general weren't so expensive these days, but it is what it is. Everything is expensive. Aside from that the service agent, Jessica was very good with your communication in regards to early appointments that they had available confirming information. They I had an opening that it wasn't able to use but they called me up and asked if I was able to get at the job earlier. When the technician got there, Rob. Ron and Ty were incredibly professional, friendly and explained everything with clarity. I really appreciated their transparency around the pricing, as that can be quite worrying. Ron completed the job today and I could not be happier. This is my first experience with Yellow Submarine and I will most definitely be having them back to deal with all my plumbing needs!
