Had to try these guys after hearing about them all the time from my co-workers and friends. Yes I can say their fries are amazing. Looks like they take a whole potato, cut it to order, fry in beef tallow and use sea salt, tha'ts it. Fry sauce is tasty too. Fish is the star, where in a sandwich, taco or simply with chips.. All fried in beef tallow. Some of the best I've ever had. The key here is their beef tallow, the owner told me the DO NOT USE ANY SEED OILS! I was very impressed coming here for the first time as I’m a regular at the Post Falls Pavilion. Everything is so fresh, and the food has soul behind it. I love the French Fries, Fried Fish, and especially the Homemade Soups!!! It’s just like coming home and having dinner with your family! The husband and wife that own the business are extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They also recently added Shaved Ice to their menu 🤭 sooooo good!
Y’all… those fries! GO GET THEM NOW. They are what dreams are made of!!!! The ladies working the truck were absolutely HILARIOUS! They made my day! Also, when I got home my dog told me to tell you she wasn’t talking about you 🫣🤣 KEEP MAKING AMAZING CHOWDER FRIES. I have a feeling this will be my new obsession
UPDATE AND RESPONSE TO OWNER: Thank you for the offer of another try. I did kindly address it with the people staffing at that time. The woman informed me the fries always look like that. Which is why I posted a review. I don’t often post a negative review. I like to remediate any issue I have in person at time of service. Excellent fish tacos! The breading on the fish was not heavy and had the perfect crunch. The slaw and dressing were full of flavor! She gave me a sample of the broccoli cheddar soup and it was delicious!
