I went to this salon yesterday for the first time and got highlights. Since I didn't want a blowdry afterwards, I saw that it wasn't great but I didn't see the extent. The color and application are really really bad. I have never left a negative review before, but I am so upset about this blotched outcome. I don't even want to go back and have them try to fix it.

I visited Yellow Strawberry with a long bob and requested a French bob, providing Flo with a reference photo. I also received a root touch-up. Unfortunately, the final result was a short, 80s-style cut resembling a cross between Andy Warhol and Pat Benatar. I was charged $160 + tip for a style that did not match my request." Yellow Starwberry literally saved my hair. My hair was knotted matted and completely tangled down to the root. They were able to cut it style and save it from what I thought was going to be me completely shaving my head. My hair hasn’t been this healthy in years and this Salon is literally the best and a lifesaver.
