Where do I begin? Well, let me just say that Morgan and Mark are an absolute joy to work with. They are true professionals with excellent customer service. Oh my gosh where to even start! I dealt with Morgan Whaley! We are getting married on 10.28.2023 and Morgan did our graphic design of our dogs and my new last name for our wedding logo, it captured our boys and us completely! She was so responsive and sent updates on the foam wands, cups, and coozies we ordered for our big day! Everything was so reasonably priced (especially after we got scammed by another vendor)! I was introduced to Mark through a networking group that we are both members of. I placed an order for t-shirts for a company event this week and had them the next day. Very impressed with Mark, the great communication and customer service. I most definitely recommend and I will be using their services again.
An item we wanted to order was out of stock in the size we needed due to ongoing supply chain issues. I spoke to Mark, the owner, to see if there was something else similar available. He made the effort to find what we needed in another brand, did the printing of the design we were looking for, and promptly shipped it. The finished product looks great! Good to know some merchants still provide this type of quality customer service. Thanks!
