I used Hello Rose Pools for a few years but moved on. I selected a new company at least two years ago yet they have me in an auto-billing process that just won't stop. I have called, left messages and email yet the billing won't stop. This is bad and unresponsive business practices.
Cameron has been cleaning my pool for years now. He first came when we had an algae flare up. Everyone wanted thousands to fix our pool. He did it for hundreds of floats and less damage to our brand new pool. When we had the bad storms February 2021 he was here the first day. Helped me with my insurance claim and got all our equipment ordered right away. Wouldn’t trust anyone else but Yellow Rose pools.
