So much I could say about Yellow Rose, but it has truly been the best experience for me over the last 18months. I came in as someone who had never touched a barbell or lifted weights and never once felt like I didn't belong. The coaches and the community are intentional, encouraging, and one of a kind. Best gym I have ever been to, and by far the best in Houston! The quality of the programming, the care of the staff, and the positive energy/engagement of the owners make it one of a kind. A very welcoming environment for all stages of fitness!
Love the workouts, the coaches, and how much they care about their members! It's great that I just have to show up and not think about my workout.
