Cleaners used the toilet and left urine droplet on toilet seat, walls left insufficiently cleaned, and cobwebs left on roof and walls. Subsequently, we did not receive our bond back as we did not pass the cleanliness test. End of lease clean was $680 for two bedroom apartment. Lady on phone was rude chasing payment when we had already paid. Take a chill pill. Don't waste your money. Use another provider.
Absolutely outstanding service! We had a fully furnished and equipped property where the tenants moved out without doing any cleaning. With only two days before the owners were returning to move back in, Yellow Rose Cleaning Service came to the rescue. They delivered a thorough, professional clean — fully sanitised and spotless from top to bottom. The owners were beyond relieved and incredibly grateful. Couldn’t have asked for a better result. Highly recommend!
They are very rude and mannerless people, don’t know how to behave with customers, still now remember in 2022 they did our bond clean, their service was very poor compared to their fees, our real estate cut off our half bond payment due to grout cleaning issues and again they asked for cleaning.There was a guy among of them who shouted on us because we were inside the unit with my toddler only for this little matter, they should learn how to deal with people nicely, very disrespectful, I wish I could give them 0 ratings, ver... read more
We passed our inspection, so they clean well enough? However, they are incredibly rude people. I'm honestly astounded at the lack of basic manners when dealing with costumers. Do they not want new customers? The manner in which they have communicated is simply not okay
