BEWARE! I have been staying at this establishment for over 20 years. We never had any issues and would even come up in the Fall months. I had booked a room for last weekend with "Jonathan." It required multiple calls but was assured that I had a room and that check-in was after 2:30 pm. When I arrived at the property I was never told that the front buildings were sold.
