I needed to return a dress I’d bought 1 business day prior due to it not fitting right. I tried in on there but their dressing rooms are dark, ended up not looking very flattering. Was told merchandise was exchange only and that it was circled at the bottom of my receipt, which it wasn’t, which was aggravating but ultimately my mistake for not knowing the policy. but here’s my issue.
