Steve and his team are always on-time, professional and with wonderful results.
Connor showed up at 9am as scheduled. I showed him what I was looking to get cleaned. He explained the method that he would be using and the alternative measures in case there were any trouble spots. Fortunately, there wasn't a need for any of those. He told me that it would take approximately 45 minutes to complete and he finished a few minutes ahead of time. I've used yellow finch four times now and they've done an incredible job every time, Connor has come by and clean the carpets every time and he has been amazing to deal with will definitely call them and recommend them to anybody that needs carpets done
