Very unfriendly person on the phone. I called to ask her about the weight of the fencing panels and she made me feel quite stupid. She asked me why I needed to know that, and literally said that she had never gotten that question before and it made her feel concerned. What? Why does a question that you've never gotten before make you feel concerned? Best prices and great customer service (Thanks Marlene!)
I haven't actually rented from Yellow yet but was very impressed by the friendly phone service I received from Marlene. We are planning on renting some fencing next week but felt motivated to leave a review now. It was very different phoning Marlene at Yellow Fence compared to the persons at Super Save. The quote was better overall as well without all the hidden add on's that Super Save is famous for doing. Thank you Marlene and Yellow Fencing.
