Poor Management. Lots of backstabbing and lies between employees. Keep sexual predators but fire people if they have health problems and need time of unless you are a minority or female. Lots of broken promises. Only care about people that can benefit their standing in the community. Management get unlimited time off. Owners are only told what they need to know they aren't there to see everyday operation. Take or keep benefits that are earned not given.
