I used to like this company until my last Load with them, Recently they stopped working with Wex Fleet One factoring, now getting paid is an issue. They promise to pay every week but they never do. They will ignore emails requesting for pay, they never take calls especially the billing department. Load #169256 has never been paid to Advance Freights LLC despite providing the necessary documents on time. I will be careful working with this company again. Staff is very unprofessional. They are horrible about paying. Will communicate 100% when getting loaded and unloaded and to received POD. Will not communicate when it is time to get paid. Won’t answer calls or email!
