Very friendly, absolutely trustworthy, and affordable! Oscar, the owner, talked me through different scenarios and price options for everything I would potentially need to install a wireless multimedia receiver in a 2007 Toyota Highlander. I went to Yellow Car Audio a couple of days ago to get a quote for installing Apple CarPlay in my car, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of my questions. I accidentally ordered the wrong item from Amazon, but instead of just telling me it wouldn’t work, he brought me inside, showed me different options, and explained which ones would be the best fit for my vehicle. Wonderful people, very knowledgeable and very Skilled. I got a new Radio for Apple Pay and they have exceeded my expectations. They did it so clean that it looks like it came from the factory. Highly recommend.
I found this spot through google reviews and it did not disappoint. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and kind, patient walking me through all the options, upfront on pricing and installed my new stereo in under 2 hours! My 2016 RAV4 has CarPlay now and it looks and sounds great. He was even able to keep my 360° camera, which I know many people lose when installing an aftermarket stereo. Would recommend anyone check them out for any car audio needs you have!
