Actually send the cab out! Called for a cab...waited and waited...called back--Operator said I wasn't there--I certainly was either watching out the big glass windows or standing out in front..said they'd send another....waited...waited...called to cancel--never asked address of cancellation, just said "ok, we know" and hung up on me...Called United & got my cab in about 3 minutes
I have been taking yellow cabs for 30 years and just last week the person who took my order was so rude about me telling her if the location was east west ect....finally i found out i called back and she told me she would not take my order and hung up on me. I called a uber . You have lost a 30 year customer because of bad customer service.
