Missed my dentist appointment and my curfew. Literally stood outside, cold as hell, for 45 minutes and they still didn't get a driver out to me. UNBELIEVABLE!! Never calling here again

Last evening I broke down at the Jefferson County line about 8 pm. It was 34 degrees outside. I contacted yellow cab . I agreed with the price no questions asked. I was told I would be called back 1/2 hour. It's 9:15 the next morning and I still haven't received a call. Unreliable

I'd like to know why it's taking over an hour an the cab still hasn't showed up. Hello people take cabs because it's safer than walking. I got off work at 10:30 pm on a Sunday an it's now 12:17 am an they still have not dispatched my call to a driver. You would think that the outrageous cost a person pays to use your services you would get a cab to a person quicker than over an hour. I'm using Lyft from now on. They are affordable an don't leave people stranded in bad neighborhoods.

Rented a 7 passenger mini van for last Saturday night for transport to and from a school fund raiser. Our driver was BCM, he was well dressed, courteous, early for pick up to and from. 5 stars all the way!

I am tired of seeing numerous yellow cabs breaking common traffic laws. Reckless driving is dangerous to law abiding citizens.

Used yellow cab for a ride home after a long night on the town. I live out of state and in the morning realized I had lost my wallet. Honestly didn't know where or when it was lost. The staff at yellow cab used all means that they could in order to return my wallet back to me. I received it today with all of its contents. I highly recommend this company and want to thank them for their honesty and for restoring my faith in humanity. Don't hesitate for a second about closing yellow cab.

I was driving today and watched one of your drivers (cab 490) make THREE sharp lane changes on 65S and did not use his turn signal one time. Careless idiots like that cause accidents.

Called on November 5 for pickup at 4:45am on November 6. Had 6am flight from Standiford Field. Called at 4:40am to check on cab. Told nothing in the area, call back in 10 minutes! Called back, still nothing in area! Jumped in our car, paid for 8 days in long term parking. Someone could have called us in advance of pickup telling us of problem. If I can’t depend upon company in this circumstance, I will not use Yellow Cab again.
