David seemed thorough but distant..with unclear communication in my own personal experience. The goal post changed many times in the course of our dealings, and he advised me incorrectly - using my savings to pay down certain things - he advised that this was needed to proceed the finace without actually fact checking it with the lender, he then went onto advise me that my spending on food is the reason why the loan didnt proceed - In a cost of living crisis?!.
