My parents have been residents at Yellow Brick House. My mom recently passed and the staff was amazing, both during her transition and with my dad since. The caring and compassion has been phenomenal.
The Yellow Brick House is the most caring, efficient and professional facility. My MIL had stopped eating, walking and talking before she came her. My MIL has been in 2 facilities over the last 6yrs prior to coming here and every other one was very good,but this place has taken more time with her. The entire YBH staff from the Director, Assistant Director, and the entire staff have been very professional, and knowledgeable in providing prompt healthcare services. Over the past years, they have been consistent in offering their services with a warm smile.
This has been such an utterly painful experience. After everything that’s happening I am saying don’t take your family member here and this place should be definitely closed. I’m seeking criminal charges against individuals in this place. My aunt was neglected. She was less sitting in urine unclothed and unsupervised several times. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. They took good care of my 96 year old mom. I really appreciate the support from the director to the aides. Was like being at home for mom.
