I used Yellow Ambulance Service in Nov. 2015. Unbeknownst to me at the time, my insurance paid them in full in Nov., but I continued to receive a bill from them, so I made a $100.00 payment on Feb. 5th, 2016. Shortly afterwards I found out that my insurance paid them, so I am STILL trying to get my refund back & it is now May 11th. Anytime I have called to inquire about it, I get the runaround. I will NEVER use their services again & would never recommend them. Very unprofessional!

OUTSTANDING! – I had just recently came here to Kentucky from Florida and needed to pick an ambulance service to transfer a family member of mine from one facility to another. We decided to go with Yellow Ambulance. Even with such an odd and unusual name ...? They had truly exceeded all my expectations. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THEM – Yellow ambulance service kentucky are the most unprofessional people you could possibly deal with! In July 2009 my son was taken to Kosair's Hospital. They decided he needed to be transported to another hospital and called yellow ambulance. the hospital had all of my contact info as well as my insurance info. Bad Place to work – My husband Matthew Wilkins works for Yellow Ambulance in Loisville. Me and my 4 month old son never get to spen time with him because he works all the time and on his days off all he wants to do is sleep do to he's exhausted. Matt told them he did not want a female partner and that's exactly what they did. Yellow Ambulance is the worst place to work and I'll be glad when my husband either gets fired or quits. The money isn't even all that great. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to yellow ambulance.
