I had a Yella Terra supercharger fitted to our FPV GT-P by a highly reputable automotive service centre. The supercharger kit was not supplied with fuel injectors, contrary to Yella Terra's website, which at the time said injectors were included. Thus adding $880.00 to the cost. Prior to installation, RWKW was 242. Post installation and after tuning, RWKW was 308. An increase of 27%. No where near the 50-60% increase quoted by Yella Terra. Sent my cylinder head back after more than one of the helicoils came out when I removed my spark plugs (they did not use inserts!) sent the head back to them last September and only got it back this July with cylinder 1 helicoil sticking out. Spoke to a thread specialist which could not believe they did not use inserts this day and age… car is still in limbo. It has been so stressful. OVER 8 MONTHS TO REPAIR SPARK PLUG THREADS AND FAIL IN DOING SO.

After a catastrophic engine failure on first start up (unrelated to YT), I sent my brand new set back for a check over and repair. Fast forward five years and I finally had the motor rebuilt and dynoed. I removed the rockers so there would be no unnecessary spring load on the cam while I finished the rest of the driveline, which ended up taking another two years before the engine went in the car.
