We broke down on a trip in central Oregon. They were amazing to work with and helped us out getting the repairs done in a timely manner.
My son and friend broke down on a Spring Break trip many years ago. (Major issue with a Jetta) Yekels treated them well and got them back on the road within a few days. As a mother clear across the state, unable to solve this issue, Yekels stepped up to the plate and helped my son get the issue resolved. I still have the Yekels baseball cap my son brought home :)

Excellent customer service! Took it in to have a front end squeal looked at. Turned out to be the alternator. They had it fixed and back in action the same day!
