As someone who is in the real estate industry, it's rare that you come across an engineer that: 1. Knows what they're doing and can communicate effectively. 2. Is extremely responsive, respectful, and easy to work with. Jordan has some of the best human interactions skills, knowledge, and experience that I've ever encountered. I highly recommend him if you are building a home or have foundation issues and need a professional to evaluate those issues.

We hired Yeiser Structural to inspect the foundation of our older home because of some concerns I had about the masonry along one of the foundation walls. Jordan was very responsive, timely, and provided excellent customer service. He was able to put my concerns to rest that the issues I saw were superficial in nature and not a structural concern. I needed a structural engineer to help out on an atypical project. The project was to divide an existing restaurant into two businesses: a smaller restaurant and a bank.
