Was confident I knew what was needed for a remodel of a load bearing wall. But, my contractor said he would not touch it without a structural engineering drawing. In comes Yeiser Structural. With a site visit and engineering drawings, the overall cost of the job went down due to their solution and the area was able to be opened up more than we ever thought possible. Was blown away by the whole process. The is what professional services are supposed to be like. VALUE ADDED! Highly recommend!
