I am so glad that I hired Yeiser Engineering to do an independent evaluation of a house I was selling. The buyer was concerned about a couple of cracks in the brick and hired a basement company to do an evaluation. I hired a second company to do an assessment. Both companies came out and recommended expensive piers be placed under the foundation. The interesting thing was each company recommended placement of the piers in different locations. Great job and affordable
Yeiser Structural Engineers are the best group of nerds this side of Green River Lake. I’ve worked with a lot of engineers, and these folks somehow make load paths, shear walls, and all things structural actually enjoyable (which should be impossible). They’re sharp, and responsive. (<<<Clutch) If you want a team that’s wildly competent, easy to work with, and just the right amount of engineering-obsessed, Yeiser is it. Five stars. Would trust them with gravity again.
