My partner and I had a lovely stay, the staff such as Elle and Diamond were very helpful and accommodating and helped us book an extra nights stay, would definitely recommend

Paying over $500aud a night during F1 week we had at least moderate expectations but this was the most disappointing stay on our aussie trip. broken, rundown building, was the old IBIS hotel and has been bought by the YEHS group and does not meet their known standards, even at 3 star this hotel falls well below expectation in my experience traveling, zero maintenance has been given to the building, foul water leak smelling hallways, broken fittings throughout the room, light fixtures non functioning, sleep became a most chal... read more
I stayed at YEHS Hotel Melbourne CBD for one night while on vacation. The hotel is close to the city center and the bus station. The room was nice, and the cleanliness was good — everything was clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend staying here.
