This accommodation offers excellent facilities for the price. The location is also great, situated between Town Hall and Darling Harbour, making it very convenient to get around. Most of all, the reception staff member, Susan Hanny, was extremely helpful and provided me with a lot of assistance. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
We were satisfied with the kindness of the staff and the condition of the room during our stay in this accommodation for several days. I would like to express my gratitude to Mark and Susan for helping the service.
