Spoke to Leland and scheduled a meeting. Leland did not respond to my texts to confirm he is coming. Tenants beware. My experience with LEELAND BACHELET was nothing short of frustrating. After moving out in great condition, I was hit with a so-called “cleaning deduction.” When I asked for proof, the story kept changing — first it was a professional service, then suddenly it wasn’t, and in the end, all I got was a handwritten note passed off as a receipt.
