Had no heat upon rising this morning and shortly thereafter Brad was on it and we had heat again.
We had a furnace crisis this week and I am so grateful that YEG Home Comfort is the group we chose to fix it. Brad came for the inspection and was so knowledgeable, helped me to thaw out our frozen pipe, made recommendations for how it could be prevented in the future, and also my cat loved him. Nicole on the phone was so helpful for us so we could get some financing support for the new furnace. And on install day, Rob and Brad went above and beyond for us. I decided to buy a garage heater. I bought one from YEG Home. Friendly installers and the job done on a cold day. The heater unit had some issue during the first few days. They came back and fix the problem. Nice customer service and helpful installer. Thank you!
